In general, all Symbian 3rd series devices (v9.1 or higher) are supported:

Are phones with internal GPS receivers supported?
There are currently 2 versions of the mobile phone software. The
first version connects to an external GPS unit and can be downloaded
here. For phones with an internal GPS unit (Nokia N95, Nokia 6110
Navigator, etc) there is currently a version of the software going
through the Symbian Signed process. This is mandatory for all
applications that use the internal GPS. The application will be
available for download shortly.
I get an error when attempting to install FOAM phone software
If you get a certificate error when attempting to install FOAM phone software then ensure that you have enabled installation of unsigned SIS files.
Go to Tools -> App. Manager
choose Options -> Settings
set Software installation to All
set Online certif. check to Off.
Which external GPS receivers are compatible with www.findonamap.com?
Any Bluetooth GPS receiver that outputs NMEA messages
should work.
